Me and my sisters are part of a group that tries to help other young individuals of the same age with certain problems. Every Friday we meet up and talk about their problems and we help them to cope up with their depressions and anxieties. I suggested to also include some bible studies and discussions to further encourage them in asking guidance from our Lord. Since we are also part of a religious community, we make it a point to also teach them about Catechism. It will help them to build their spirituality to further pacify their angers, their depressions, their miseries and sometimes even their fears. Our focus group discussions usually involve the use of the bible so I am looking for a perfect case for my overused bible.
